A small portion of the amount we spend on constructing houses or buying cars will be sufficient to set up forests, and they will create an ambience that will decrease our mental stress and fill us with a sense of well-being. This fact has been recognized internationally. Japan has even developed and is encouraging the concept of forest bath.
