In this video, M. R. Hari recounts his initiation into trekking. Utterly clueless about what the adventure really meant, he set out with his cousin to climb the Kudajadri hill. The trekking through the incline and the forest was very difficult because, as he realized later, he was unprepared to handle the challenges that came his way. But this experience ignited his interest in forests and their precious resources, and would contribute immensely to his passion for the Miyawaki Model later in life.
