In this video, M. R. Hari suggests a way to mitigate the effects of fire outbreaks in urban areas.Instead of having a huge waste-dumping ground, splitting it into small blocks, and planting Miyawakiforests as green walls to surround each block will help contain fire in case of an outbreak. Such greenwalls can be put up between factory buildings too. A Miyawaki forest will grow to a height of up to 40feet in 3-4 years of planting, and can work as an excellent solution to delay the spread of fire, thusgiving us valuable time to seek help from the fire force department and cut our losses.
