A micro medicinal forest covering 54 sq. m has been put up around an old Indian rose wood tree here at Hari’s plot at Puliyarakonam in Thiruvananthapuram. It was planted in June 2019. There are roughly 98 plants belonging to 26 different species in this forest. They include Indian long pepper, Malabar nut, Ajowan caraway, neem, champak, hibiscus, Indian borage, crown flower, simple leaf chaste tree, suicide tree, cotton, strychnine tree, Indian leadwort, Indian screw tree, and so on.
